We are looking for a high-caliber candidate to fill the following position:

User Requirements Specialist - Hong Kong

Description

The User Requirements Specialist will be responsible for analysing user needs and translating these into user requirements documents. He or She will work closely with process management and technical teams in ensuring the user requirements are reflected in the functional requirements.

Candidate should have:

  • Degree in HCI, Psychology, Industrial Engineering, Industrial Design or related disciplines -preferred- but not mandatory.
  • Sound knowledge of Usability Heuristics and their application to User Interface Design.
  • Sound understanding of interviewing techniques.
  • Experience in Observational research techniques or Usability Testing.
  • Excellent documentation and writing skills in English.
  • Experience with the Rational Unified Process (RUP)'s, Use Cases and Use Case modelling highly preferred.

Tasks:

  • Conduct Contextual Enquiry and User Interviews in Cantonese and English.
  • Document task analysis.
  • Develop Uses Cases, scenarios, process flows and other analysis documents.
  • Develop high-level screen-flows and wireframe prototypes.
  • Work closely with the technical teams to write Use Cases.
