We are looking for a high-caliber candidate to fill the following position:

Qualitative Researcher - Hong Kong

This unique position is for individuals, with a passion for human insights, interested in various types of customer research.

Requirements

  • Academic background in Psychology, Human Factors, HCI or related fields required.
  • Candidates should have research experience including research design, fieldwork and analysis in any of the following fields: usability research / ethnographic studies / human factors / other qualitative research.
  • Knowledge of human factors or usability preferred but not necessary (training will be provided).

Duties

  • Can include formal usability testing, conducting depth interviews, observational research and writing research reports.
  • Duties may also include Web and product design related activities such as information architecture and prototyping.

Candidates must be Hong Kong residents, have excellent writing skill in English, and be fluent in both Cantonese and English. Ability to speak Mandarin is a very big plus.

Candidates with less experience will be considered for trainee position.
